• Understand client needs and work with internal pricing and solution teams to create competitive proposals, integrating UniUni's products (express, small parcel, overseas warehousing & fulfillment).
• Actively gather market intelligence and competitor information to provide insights back to the global team.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies based on results and client feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent UniUni at industry events and build brand awareness in the local cross-border logistics and e-commerce community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in international logistics, with a strong background in cross-border e-commerce logistics (B2C).
• Deep knowledge of export air freight, small parcel lines, overseas warehousing & fulfillment.
• Strong existing network and proven ability to develop new business in your local market.
• Self-motivated with high drive, resilience under pressure, and strong sales process management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Language requirements: Fluency in English + local language of the market (Mandarin is a plus).

Compensation

• Monthly salary: 4400 – 10000 USD (depending on experience and market)
• Attractive commission/incentive structure
