• Managing a structured sales pipeline, activity planning and sales forecasting for the Swedish Golf & Sport segment
• Supporting, training and developing our dealers so that they can actively approach the market and drive business within Golf & Sport
• Building long-term relationships with end customers, dealers, industry organisations and other key stakeholders within the golf and sport segments, such as SGA, GAF and SvFF
• Increasing awareness of Kress products within the golf and sport industry together with our marketing team
• Planning and participating in customer events, training sessions and product demonstrations
• Providing product expertise and golf-specific support, including product installations when required

The position is preferably based in the Stockholm area, but finding the right person is more important than location. The role involves travel within Sweden as well as some international travel.

We are looking for someone with solid experience and a strong network within the golf and sport industry, combined with a genuine interest in solution-based sales.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience from the golf and sport industry

• A willingness to develop yourself and contribute to developing our products and processes as part of a Nordic team
• The ability and willingness to travel within Sweden and internationally
• A curious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry
• Fluent Swedish and good communication skills in English, as English is the main working language within the team

At Kress, you will become part of a growing company and a Nordic team working in a fast-moving and innovative industry.

We offer:

• Competitive salary
• Company car
• Healthcare benefits
• The opportunity to work with innovative robotic and battery-powered solutions
