About Reah

Reah is built for global businesses that need direct access to modern financial infrastructure. Today, we’re expanding our footprint across APAC—where many companies face a fragmented financial stack and friction around accessing USD, managing international treasury, issuing corporate cards, and moving money cross‑border. Reah bridges these gaps by combining modern fintech capabilities and B2B banking tools with stablecoin and crypto rails.

Why Join Us Now?

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to make a massive impact at an early-stage company. You will work alongside a proven founding team that previously raised over $25M and scaled a platform to serve more than 7,000 businesses. Building on strong early market traction, you will play a central role in driving Reah's next phase of explosive growth across APAC. As the company scales, this role offers significant growth opportunities to take on expanding responsibilities, leadership, and ownership within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Warm Outreach: Convert your existing network of APAC SMB contacts, business owners, and finance leads into active Reah clients from day one.
• B2B Prospecting: Identify, map out, and pursue high-potential SMB clients across key regional markets needing seamless global financial access.
• Consultative Selling: Understand real-world SMB finance bottlenecks—such as USD access, high cross-border transaction fees, corporate card needs, and treasury management issues—and position Reah’s platform effectively.
• Deal Management: Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles from cold outreach and product demos to client onboarding and initial transaction volume.
• Market Feedback: Act as the voice of APAC SMBs to internal product teams, identifying emerging regional needs and stablecoin/crypto usage patterns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven business development or institutional sales experience within a fintech, payments company, or neobank.
• Market Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the APAC SMB ecosystem, cross-border payments, corporate card solutions, traditional B2B banking pain points, and practical applications of stablecoins and crypto in modern treasury workflows.
• Client Network: Demonstrated track record of leveraging an active network of SMB or corporate finance decision-makers to generate immediate commercial traction.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in written and spoken Mandarin/Chinese (alongside English) is required to engage with clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Startup Mindset: High agency, proactive worker, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by high-visibility impact at an early-stage startup.
