In this role, you will build trusted industry relationships, shape solutions around customer needs, and contribute directly to long-term growth across our aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) and tooling portfolio.
⚙️ What You Will Do?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for aircraft GSE across the U.S. commercial aviation market, including airlines, MROs, and leasing companies.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including RFI and RFQ responses, bid strategies, and pricing input; partner with technical teams to meet customer requirements and budget expectations; and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial procurement teams, contractors, and logistics decision-makers.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams to tailor GSE solutions to customer specifications and operational needs.
- Visit customer sites regularly to uncover sales opportunities, develop solutions using new and improved products, and gather feedback that strengthens customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business development and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and potential competitors within the commercial aerospace industry.
