Business Development Executive (Contract, Remote)
About This Opportunity
We are a software and automation consultancy. Our delivery work covers CRM implementation and automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Make.com, n8n), AI agent builds, mobile app development, and full stack web development. We are focusing to spearhead our outbound strategy starting with CRM implementation and automation services with focus on selling targeted use cases
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate qualified pipeline through outbound. This is an outbound-first role. You will source prospects, run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns, manage paid ad lead flow, and book discovery calls for the sales team.
What You'll Do
Prospecting and list building
- Build and clean targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Define and refine ICPs by industry, company size, tech stack, and region
- Verify and enrich contact data before it enters a sequence
Cold email
- Write and test email sequences, subject lines, and follow-up angles
- Manage sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability, bounce and spam rates
- Run A/B tests and report on open, reply, and positive reply rates
LinkedIn outreach
- Run connection and message sequences from company and personal profiles
- Engage with prospect content and maintain profile activity that supports outreach
- Handle inbound replies and move interested prospects to a call
Paid ads support
- Coordinate on lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, Google)
- Follow up on inbound ad leads within the same working day
- Feed campaign feedback back to marketing based on lead quality
Qualification and handoff
- Run first-touch qualification calls: budget, timeline, current systems, decision process
- Book and prepare discovery calls for the technical and sales team
- Write clear handoff notes so the next call is not a repeat of the first
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years in outbound B2B sales or lead generation selling software, IT, or agency services
- Proven track record booking meetings from cold outreach, with numbers you can talk through
- Strong written English. You will be judged on the emails you write
- Comfortable with outreach tooling, deliverability basics, and data enrichment
