Business Development & Brand Executive (Corporate Wellness)

ABOUT AQUILA MEDICAL CENTER

Aquila Medical Center is a multi-disciplinary MOH clinic in the Singapore CBD with over 8 years of history. Our doctors offer health screening, AI-powered longevity and biological age assessments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), weight management, GP care and teleconsultation, acupuncture, medical aesthetics, hair restoration, plastic surgery and minor surgery under one roof.

We are building our corporate wellness business and our brand, and we're looking for one person to drive both. That means someone who can sit across from an HR manager and close a deal, then head out and film a video for our social media.

THE ROLE

You will report directly to the Medical Director and work across three areas: corporate sales, being the clinic's face on social media, and marketing strategy. You'll get full training on our services and on the MOH rules for healthcare advertising.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Corporate sales & partnerships

• Work with our doctors to put together corporate packages from our services, such as annual health screening, longevity assessments, wellness programmes, treatment-credit plans and staff perks
• Find prospective corporate clients, reach HR, benefits and management decision-makers, and arrange meetings
• Meet clients at their offices across Singapore, present proposals, negotiate and close contracts
• Look after clients once they sign, including onboarding, scheduling employee screenings, organising health talks and wellness days, and handling renewals
• Build referral partnerships with insurers, employee-benefits brokers, financial advisers and gyms
• Track your pipeline and contracts in a CRM and report monthly

Brand, PR & social media

• Be the on-camera face of Aquila: plan, script, film and post short-form videos and posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Grow our following and engagement with a consistent content calendar
• Pitch stories to the media and represent the clinic at corporate events, health fairs and networking sessions
• Make sure all content follows MOH's healthcare advertising rules

Marketing strategy

• Plan campaigns and new-service launches with the Medical Director
• Bring what you learn from clients and from content performance back into our offers and messaging
• Coordinate with our Google and Meta advertising so that content, ads and sales support each other

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of sales, business development or client-facing experience. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to sell are welcome to apply
• Experience in health screening, employee benefits, insurance, wellness or healthcare is a plus
• Motivated by commission and comfortable meeting new people every week
• Comfortable and natural on camera, with experience creating social media content (a portfolio or account you're proud of is a plus)
• Confident presenter and clear writer in English
• Self-driven and organised, since you'll manage your own schedule and travel around Singapore to meet clients
• Genuine interest in health, wellness and longevity
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) are useful

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary of S$3,000 – S$3,600 a month, depending on experience
• Commission on the value of every corporate contract you close
• Transport claims for client meetings
• Direct access to the Medical Director and a real say in how the clinic grows
• Office in the CBD at Robinson Road
