Meet the Team
We are hiring an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Business Architect to lead the design and transformation of end-to-end planning capabilities for our semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. This person will shape future-state processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, Capacity, and Executive IBP, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT.
The ideal candidate is a strong business architect / planning transformation leader with deep experience in IBP/S&OP and Demand Planning, including consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy design, critical metric definition, demand review governance, and business requirements for planning systems. The ideal candidate understands the unique complexity of semiconductor supply chains — including long cycle times, constrained capacity, foundry/OSAT models, yield variability, NPI ramps, and forecast guided decision-making.
We need someone who can design scalable business processes, define operating models, lead cross-functional alignment, and translate business needs into planning capabilities and system requirements. Strong experience with platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or Oracle is highly preferred.
