The salary range for this role is $80,000–$90,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.
What You'll Own
Requirements and solution definition
- Lead client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business needs, processes, exceptions, and expected outcomes.
- Translate those needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps, constraints, dependencies, and conflicting requirements early and work with the project team to determine practical solutions.
- Maintain clear requirements, meeting notes, decision logs, and other project documentation throughout delivery.
Testing, training, and client support
- Develop UAT scenarios and support clients through testing and validation.
- Demonstrate product functionality and connect available capabilities to documented business requirements.
- Create client-facing training materials and lead training sessions that help users confidently complete key processes.
- Act as a consistent client contact for requirements, testing, process decisions, and training while partnering with the Project Manager on the broader client relationship.
Cross-functional delivery
- Work closely with Project Management, Development, QA, and Product to keep requirements and implementation decisions aligned.
- Support implementation milestones from discovery through go-live.
- Build reusable internal documentation, including process guides, configuration notes, and knowledge base content.
- Research relevant direct selling practices when needed to support recommendations and client solutions.
- Follow security and data-handling practices consistent with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements.
Responsibilities may evolve as the Professional Services team grows.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role, preferably supporting software implementations or SaaS environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience documenting functional requirements, user stories, process flows, or similar artifacts.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional team settings.
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to support requirement documentation, research, and workflow efficiency.
Strongly Preferred
- General familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in the direct selling or MLM industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Why Join TTG
- Turn complex business problems into solutions people can actually use. You’ll work directly with clients to understand how their businesses operate, uncover what they truly need, and translate that understanding into solutions our technical teams can build and deliver.
- Be involved beyond requirements gathering. Our Business Analysts stay connected from discovery and solution definition through testing, training, and delivery, giving you the opportunity to see whether the solution ultimately achieves what the client needed.
- Build both business and technical depth. You’ll work at the intersection of client operations and software, collaborating closely with Project Managers, developers, QA, and product stakeholders while building knowledge of complex enterprise platforms.
- Work directly with clients. This is not a behind-the-scenes documentation role. You’ll lead and participate in discovery sessions, clarify processes and decisions, demonstrate functionality, support testing, and help prepare users to adopt delivered solutions.
- Become an expert in a specialized and complex industry. TTG brings more than 25 years of direct selling technology experience, exposing you to eCommerce, orders, consultant operations, integrations, and other interconnected business processes.
- Have room to ask questions and influence the answer. Strong analysis at TTG means identifying gaps, challenging unclear assumptions, anticipating edge cases, and helping clients and internal teams reach better decisions—not simply documenting what you are told.
- See the impact of your work. The requirements, processes, testing scenarios, and training you develop directly influence software and business processes our clients rely on every day.
We use AI-powered tools (including transcription and automated note-taking) during portions of our interview process to support a consistent and thorough candidate experience. Candidates who require alternative accommodation may request it at any stage of the recruitment process.
Thatcher Technology Group is committed to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and all qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
