Day to day: leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting testable requirements, process mapping, and supporting business cases, UAT and system integration across IT and OT projects using Agile and Waterfall.

Key activities
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear, testable requirements.
- Work with technical teams, operational stakeholders and vendors on system integration and data improvements.
- Support options assessments, business cases, UAT and implementation readiness.
Skills & experience
- Strong business analysis experience
- Utilities industry experience, with exposure to IT and OT technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience documenting processes, data and integration requirements.
- Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall environments and attending operational sites as required.
