As a Business Analyst, you will transform commercial performance and financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Salomon's global Softgoods business. You will play a key role in performance analysis, forecasting, reporting and business planning.
Role Purpose
Monitor and analyze global business performance across categories, channels and regions.
Support key planning, forecasting and product creation processes.
Deliver actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
Partner cross-functionally to drive business performance and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing sales, margins, order intake, inventory and sell-through performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Consolidating commercial plans and financial forecasts in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Producing and enhancing reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools.
Supporting product creation milestones and business review processes with relevant data and insights.
Partnering with Finance, Merchandising, Planning, IT and Commercial teams to deliver impactful analyses and recommendations.
Essential Skills & Experience
4+ years experience in business analysis, commercial finance, business intelligence or a similar analytical role.
Strong experience transforming data into strategic insights.
Advanced analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, finance and operational stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
