Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Business Analysts to support business transformation, technology implementation, systems improvement and operational optimisation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
The successful candidates will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying process inefficiencies, evaluating existing systems, defining functional specifications and translating business needs into practical technology and operational solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, business process modelling, stakeholder engagement, systems analysis and solution evaluation.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience working on enterprise technology projects, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, facilitating requirements workshops and producing comprehensive business analysis documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand organisational objectives, operational challenges and technology requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews and facilitated workshops.
- Identify, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured and measurable requirements.

- Analyse existing business processes, workflows and operational procedures.
- Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process models.

- Recommend process optimisation, standardisation and automation opportunities.
- Document process flows, business rules and operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Business Management, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Typically 3–5 years of relevant professional experience performing business analysis within enterprise environments.
- Proven hands-on experience independently gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Demonstrated experience producing comprehensive business analysis documentation, including BRDs, FRS documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Practical experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping and workflow modelling.
- Experience developing AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
- Understanding of enterprise systems, applications and technology integration concepts.
- Experience working with software development, systems implementation or business transformation projects.
