Pyramid Consulting is hiring a Business Analyst for an 8+ month onsite contract in Kirkland, WA, serving a leading IT-industry client. Day to day, the analyst performs SQL and statistical analysis, builds metrics, reporting, dashboards and self-serve analytical tools, and presents insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and manage metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Perform SQL-based analysis and statistical analysis.
- Build self-serve analytical tools and support RCA initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Moderate to advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Python/R and AI solution experience are a plus.
- Tech industry or Trust & Safety experience is preferred but not required.
