YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Performance Management to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities you will:

Provide L1, L2, and L3 functional support for the beqom CPM Performance Management platform.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues.
Configure and maintain HRIS data, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
Execute testing activities (SIT, UAT, and regression testing) for releases, enhancements, and upgrades.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver continuous improvements and support business requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or in a similar role.
Experience supporting HRIS, Performance Management, Talent Management, or related HR technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
Hands-on experience with testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with the ability to work in an international environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience producing and maintaining functional, technical, and process documentation.
