A Business Analyst supports finance-driven transformation initiatives by analyzing requirements, improving processes, and delivering data insights to guide strategic decisions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to serve as a key finance partner supporting our transformation initiatives. This role bridges strategy, finance, and project management driving process improvements, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the PMO and Finance teams to support transformation programs from planning to execution.
Identify, analyze, and document business and financial requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and financial reporting tools.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to guide decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and executive presentations.
Contribute to change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely completion.
Promote financial transparency, strategic alignment, and accountability across transformation workstreams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
35 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or transformation roles.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and building financial models.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Can start ASAP.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills suited for executive audiences.
MBA or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is an advantage.
