At Gratia, we believe potential is globally distributed, but opportunity is not. We bridge the gap between ambitious companies and hands-on analysts who deliver real results through a tech-enabled, apprenticeship-based platform. We focus on rigorous execution, maintaining an 88.2 NPS by supporting global partners like USA Today Co. and New York Life with precise, actionable insights.
We are a remote-first community designed for professionals who value both excellence and autonomy.
Flexibility and autonomy: Work with top-tier clients globally while designing a professional rhythm that suits your life. Fair global compensation meets real flexibility.
Apprenticeship and growth: A curated pathway combining high-value projects with mentorship. Move from Associate Business Analyst to Lead through real work, not just theory.
Community of top talent: Join a supportive network where you can share knowledge, access opportunities, and develop deep expertise to earn specialist designations in high-demand domains.
We are looking for specialists who are eager to solve problems alongside our project teams. This is a tiered role; your specific level will be determined during our conversations based on your technical skills, professional journey, and your readiness to manage client relationships.
Associate (A2): Deliver reliable quality on standard projects, communicate directly with senior members, and navigate complex situations with curiosity.
Analyst (A3): Design innovative approaches for complex challenges, exercise sound business judgment, build relationships with clients, and support the growth of junior analysts.
Senior (A4): Serve as a recognized SME. You handle the most intricate challenges, set quality standards, and maintain board-level relationships.
We look for individuals with transferable skills or direct experience in at least two of the following areas. Our projects are dynamic, and we encourage you to expand your toolkit as you grow with us:
Financial Modeling & Analytics: From building 3-Statement models and DCF valuations to scenario-based forecasting, M&A analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Go-to-Market & RevOps: Optimizing sales processes, CRM configurations, and growth planning to drive revenue.
Process Design & Automation: Mapping workflows and implementing tools like Zapier/Make to build high-efficiency systems.
Data Analytics & Visualizations: Transforming complex datasets into Tableau/Power BI visualizations and ML-powered insights.
Market Intelligence: Conducting TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive research, and crafting industry-specific narratives.
Narrative & Design: Developing investor-ready decks, executive presentations, and high-stakes visual communication.
Business Planning & Growth: Developing corporate roadmaps, conducting SWOT analyses, and building growth frameworks or risk assessments.
Project Management & Delivery: Planning and executing complex initiatives, managing everything from risk registers and resource allocation to stakeholder alignment.
Decision excellence: The ability to structure challenges and develop actionable solutions.
Business acumen: A solid grasp of business models and how analysis connects to real-world outcomes.
Execution mastery: Delivering "Reference-Quality" work that is accurate, timely, and polished.
Stakeholder impact: Communicating with clarity and presence across all levels of an organization.
Flexibility & agility: A steep learning curve on new tools and the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
We value a blend of technical capability and adaptive thinking:
Experience leading client conversations and providing high-level guidance.
Experience from MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognized firm is a huge plus.
A natural interest in data-driven storytelling and a desire to work with modern, AI-enhanced workflows.
A professional tone with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours.
Designed for independent professionals who want the freedom of private practice with the support of a global community. We offer both part-time and full-time options.
Compensation is tailored to your tier and your evolving portfolio of expertise.
Elevate your profile by working directly with leaders at innovative global organizations like USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life.
Your growth is guided by transparent requirements—AQS, Peer Review, and Client Feedback—putting you in the driver's seat of your career.
