Role Summary
As a Business Analyst in the IT industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative projects that enhance our operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our technological solutions effectively meet the demands of our business landscape.
Principal Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technology teams.
Analyze data trends and business processes to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories, to support project execution.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, providing insights for strategic planning.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and validating that solutions meet business needs.
Communicate findings, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and understanding.
