Business Analyst

The JD covers our requirements. In addition to the points mentioned in the JD, you can consider the below criteria while sourcing the candidates:

• Years of Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Agile/Scrum Experience: Candidates should have at least an intermediate-level understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and should be capable of effectively driving and coordinating the team.

• Business Analysis & Domain Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Business Analysis concepts, techniques, and best practices.

  • Should have experience taking end-to-end ownership of requirements throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation and delivery.

  • Experience working on enterprise applications (Finance, Quality, Supplier, Manufacturing related applications) would be an added advantage.

• Certifications:

  • Any Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

  • Generative AI-related certifications would be an added advantage.

  • CCBA certification would be good to have.

• Technical Skills: Candidates should have a basic understanding of the following to interpret with developers:

  • APIs and integrations

  • Frontend and backend concepts

  • Databases

  • Servers

  • Master data and configuration management

• Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Crisis management and leadership skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and situations

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Good team coordination and collaboration skills

  • Strong email communication and documentation skills
