Business Analyst

Join a team where your insight can help shape the future of business transformation across a growing renewable energy business. If you're passionate about turning complex challenges into clear, evidence-based recommendations, this is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive meaningful change at scale.

The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a central role within our Business Process Transformation team, providing the analysis, business understanding and structured thinking needed to turn strategic intent into successful, adopted change. You'll work across the organisation, helping leaders make informed decisions that improve performance, efficiency and long-term value.

This is a hybrid role based from either our #Durham or #London office. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with office attendance expected as and when required to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and business priorities.

You'll contribute by helping to identify improvement opportunities, validate business concepts, shape target operating models and build the evidence needed for investment and transformation decisions. You'll also help establish best practice business analysis standards across the organisation.

• Producing value, cost and benefits analysis to support portfolio, improvement and change adoption decisions
• Requirements analysis and documentation including elicitation, workshop facilitation, prioritisation, traceability, validation and change control

What You'll Be Doing

• Contributing to workshops, stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to define clear business outcomes and delivery-ready requirements

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, benefits tracking and analytical reporting to support decision-making
• Establishing business analysis standards, methods and best practices across the wider organisation
