At Rabobank, we believe that trusted data is the foundation of better decisions, stronger customer experiences and sustainable growth. As we continue our journey towards becoming an even more data-driven organisation, understanding where our data comes from, how it moves through the organisation, and how it creates value has never been more important.
To support this ambition, we are evolving our Enterprise Data Lineage Platform into a strategic capability that empowers both business and technology teams with greater transparency, insight and control. We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about data governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational change to help drive this transformation.
This is not a traditional analyst role. You will play a key part in shaping the future of Data Lineage within Rabobank by helping stakeholders understand the value of lineage, increasing adoption across the organisation, and translating business needs into solutions that create measurable impact.
You will join the team responsible for Rabobank's Enterprise Data Lineage Platform, a strategic product designed to accelerate time-to-market, improve transparency and enable trusted decision-making across the bank.
As a Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business ambition and practical execution. You understand how organisations operate, how change is adopted, and how governance can enable innovation rather than slow it down. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive adoption and ensure our Data Lineage Platform becomes an essential capability for business users, data professionals and decision-makers throughout Rabobank.
Success in this role requires a strong consultancy mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling business value.
Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, helping them understand and adopt Data Lineage and Data Governance capabilities.
Identify opportunities to increase the value and adoption of the Data Lineage Platform across the organisation.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to gather business needs and align on strategic objectives.
Translate business challenges into clear functional requirements, user stories and improvement initiatives.
Drive the go-to-market and adoption strategy of the platform by creating compelling business narratives, training materials and communication plans.
Collaborate with business leaders, data owners, governance teams and operational stakeholders to improve transparency and accountability of data.
Support organisational change initiatives related to data governance and lineage, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable adoption.
Develop business-focused visualisation concepts that make metadata and lineage information understandable and actionable for non-technical audiences.
Analyse feedback, adoption metrics and stakeholder needs to continuously improve the platform's value proposition and user experience.
Help shape the future vision of Data Lineage at Rabobank by contributing to strategic roadmaps and innovation opportunities.
Collaboration with multiple business domains, governance teams and platform teams across the bank.
A strategic platform supporting transparency, data trust and regulatory compliance.
Worldwide over 49,000 Rabobank colleagues.
Drive business adoption and engagement for Rabobank's Enterprise Data Lineage Platform through strong stakeholder management, communication and change leadership.
Translate business needs into valuable platform capabilities that improve transparency, governance and decision-making.
Help position and evolve the platform as an innovative product that accelerates time-to-market and creates measurable business value across the organisation.
We believe that the greatest innovations happen when people with different backgrounds and perspectives come together around a shared purpose.
Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, you will work closely with governance specialists, product managers, business stakeholders and data professionals who are passionate about creating a trusted data foundation for Rabobank. Together, we are building a new generation of Data Lineage capabilities: combining innovative visualisation, simplified metadata collection and a business-centric user experience that makes complex information accessible to everyone. By doing so, we enable faster decision-making, greater transparency and stronger governance throughout the organisation.
