Build Bright Futures | Early Childhood Teacher Opportunity

Do you love creating meaningful learning experiences for young children?

We are hiring two Early Childhood Teachers to join an Illinois elementary school team for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time positions are designed for educators who enjoy building strong relationships, encouraging exploration, and helping preschool students develop foundational skills.

You’ll be part of a blended preschool classroom where you can bring creativity and enthusiasm into daily instruction. This role focuses on creating engaging activities, supporting early development, and providing a classroom environment where every child feels welcomed, valued, and ready to learn.

You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support student growth across academic and social-emotional areas, and collaborate with school staff and families to create a successful early learning experience.

Must hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Early Childhood endorsement. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, and an LBS1 endorsement is a plus but not required. A commitment to fostering confidence, independence, and growth in young learners is essential.
