📋 Job Requirements:
- Must know how to use tms MVMNT
- Ability to review and process carrier invoices, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other load-related documents.
- Ability to track outstanding invoices, aging reports, scheduled payments, and payment discrepancies.
- Experience communicating with brokers, carriers, factoring companies, and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Can work with factoring companies.
- Can work with MVMNT / Data Truck and other transportation management or load-management platforms (preferable).
