We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support business stakeholders through data-driven insights, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Create and automate reports using SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
- Design KPI dashboards covering sales, profitability, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through effective validation and controls.
- Support reporting governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of banking experience in MIS, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Retail banking knowledge is preferred.
