Therapy and Wellness Connection · Brecksville, OH, US ·
Therapy & Wellness Connection (TWC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy organization built around one mission: helping children thrive by providing individualized, collaborative care that supports the whole child.
What sets TWC apart is our truly integrated approach. Our campuses bring together ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy, academic support, social-emotional programming, and specialized school-based programs under one organization. Rather than working in isolation, our BCBAs have the opportunity to collaborate directly with professionals across disciplines and develop treatment plans that make sense for each child in the real world.
Our programs and campuses are intentionally designed to offer more than traditional clinic-based ABA. From individualized therapy and small-group programming to our specialized educational and community-based programs, we create opportunities for children to build meaningful skills across environments.
For BCBAs, TWC offers the opportunity to be part of a growing organization where clinical judgment is valued, collaboration is expected, and innovative ideas are welcomed. We want our clinicians to have a voice in how programs develop and to feel connected to the families, teams, and children they serve.
At TWC, our goal isn't simply to provide more therapy. It's to create a community where children are understood, families feel supported, and clinicians have the resources and flexibility to do meaningful work.
