Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Who We Are

At The LEEAP Center, we do things differently—and purposefully.

As Charlotte’s leading interdisciplinary pediatric therapy provider, we believe therapy is more than a service. It is a lifeline of support, advocacy, and compassion for children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. Our team of behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists works together with intention, curiosity, and care to support the whole child and the whole family.

At The LEEAP Center, “Beyond Therapy” is more than a phrase. It reflects how we show up for families, how we collaborate across disciplines, and how we invest in our team. We are building something special: a mission-driven, family-centered environment where clinicians are supported, empowered, and equipped to make a meaningful impact.

We are not looking for someone to simply fill a role. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is mission-aligned, values-driven, and excited to be part of something bigger than themselves. Someone who believes in collaborative care, family empowerment, and helping children do more than reach milestones, but truly thrive. We are the new era of ABA. #ABAwithPurpose
