• Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required
• Familiarity with the Rethink platform is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation: $90–$100/hour
• Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
• Supportive and responsive clinical leadership
• Streamlined systems designed to reduce administrative burden
• Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
• A collaborative environment that values ethical, high-quality ABA services
• Autonomy and respect for your clinical expertise

Who You Are:
