Bioinformatics Software Engineer - Python & Visualization

Watershed, Cambridge, MA–based biocomputing company, seeks a data-focused engineer to join the team. You will implement data exploration APIs, work with biologists and customers, and help create documentation for APIs and tools.

Ideal candidates have experience in bioinformatics, data visualization, or statistics; strong Python skills with Pandas and Matplotlib; and comfort with Unix/Linux. Excellent communication is essential.
