Overview:
Join Xerox as a Bilingual Technical Helpdesk Associate – English/Canadian French, where you will provide advanced remote technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and information systems issues. You will investigate and resolve technical problems, guide users through solutions, and coordinate escalations when additional expertise is required. This remote position currently operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours subject to change based on client and business needs.

What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating issues remotely and engage additional technical resources when required
- Investigate user questions, diagnose information systems problems, and implement appropriate solutions
- Prioritize technical issues, manage escalations, and coordinate referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel
- Provide technical guidance for complex systems issues and communicate resolution status to customers and management
- Support special projects, system upgrades, and improvements to processes, procedures, training, and technical documentation
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Canadian French is required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, and information systems
- Experience investigating technical issues, running diagnostics, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
- Ability to work with limited supervision while prioritizing issues and following appropriate escalation procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Canadian French, with the ability to effectively support users and collaborate with technical teams
