CMHC seeks a bilingual senior Azure developer to act as its leading expert on cloud solutions — designing and maintaining serverless integrations and backend services with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and .NET (C#), running CI/CD via Azure DevOps, and mentoring other developers. Permanent, full-time hybrid role in Ottawa.

Join the Technology and Business Transformation team as part of the Software Engineering – Microsoft Azure group, in the Senior Specialist, Software Engineering position, where the next generation of cloud-based solutions is being built to enable CMHC’s mission.
We are looking for an experienced Azure Developer to design, build, and support cloud native integrations and applications that power our enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Azure services, .NET development, serverless architectures, and modern DevOps practices, along with the leadership skills to guide technical decisions and mentor others.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud solutions while supporting continuous improvement across CMHC’s systems.
