Bilingual Office Manager (Law Firm)

Love Running a Tight Ship? Help Us Change Immigrant Lives.
Do you take real pride in running things well, and do you want that work to matter? Behind every immigration case we win is an office that runs beautifully: files moving on time, a supported team, and nothing slipping through the cracks. We're looking for the person who makes that happen.

At Rebecca Kitson Law, our work serves families reaching for safety, unity, and a future in frightening and uncertain times. Our attorneys can only show up fully for those families when the operation behind them runs well. That's where you come in.

Join Us in Transforming Lives
We're seeking an organized, hands-on Office Manager to lead our Albuquerque office and administrative team. You'll own daily operations, so our legal staff can focus on advocacy. You'll report to our Firm Operations Director and directly lead our Billing Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and File Clerk.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the administrative team: set priorities, assign work, hold everyone to our standards, and plan coverage so no one's time off ever leaves a gap
• Own office and facilities operations end to end, solving most issues yourself and bringing only the big ones to leadership
• Keep mail, files, and case closings moving on time and organized
• Handle HR support: onboarding, timesheets, benefits enrollment, and compliance renewals
• Manage vendors and supplies
• Coordinate deposits and make sound day-to-day operational calls on your own
• Embody and promote the RKL values of compassion, inclusion, excellence, integrity, and collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, including leading a team
• A track record of running operations with sound judgment and minimal oversight
• HR-support and vendor/facilities experience
• Comfort with office, HR, and project-management software (and a knack for picking up new systems)
• Discretion, follow-through, and genuine care for the people around you
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred, given our team and the families we serve

Why Rebecca Kitson Law?
We believe you can do powerful work for immigrant families, build a rewarding career where your voice is heard, and still enjoy a full life outside of work. Our benefits include:

• 401(k) with a robust employer match
• Fully funded health, dental, and vision insurance
• Firm-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
• Generous paid time off that increases with firm longevity
• A wellness budget
• Salary of $68,000–$78,000, based on experience

Room to Grow
This role is built with a real runway. For the right person, there's a clear path to take on expanded responsibility and grow into senior administrative leadership as the firm grows.
