Bible Design Project Coordinator

For more than 60 years, Tyndale has helped readers discover the life-giving truths of God’s Word. Today we’re one of the largest independently owned Christian publishers in the world. Though our business has grown, our mission remains the same: to open God’s Word to as many as possible in language they can relate to and understand.

The Tyndale Design Team is a hidden gem of design excellence. Larger than most design teams, we are 20+ creatives who meet weekly to collaborate on projects of all kinds, but especially Bibles. We regularly pursue excellence in our craft as we research our industry, learn new processes, seek out inspiration, and push ourselves to create designs that surprise and delight our clients and readers. We are a team that values collaboration, humility, and a desire to grow so we can create amazing Bibles that minister to the spiritual needs of people around the world.

Tyndale started because Dr. Taylor wanted God's Word to be as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. The Bible continues to be the foundation of Tyndale and the work we do on the Design Team. As more and more people are looking for Bibles, we are creating more Bibles each and every day. This is where we want your help. We need just the right person to help us coordinate all the steps it requires to design and create Bibles. We are looking for someone to partner with the Art Directors, Designers, Production Artists, and Product Managers to oversee the design of Bible projects from initial concepting through sending files to the printer, ensuring projects stay on schedule and priorities remain aligned on a daily basis.

First and foremost, this is a job for someone who loves the Bible. It's the core of what we believe and what you'll be working on every day.

It's also a job for someone who loves . . .

• problem-solving complex projects to make them easy to accomplish
• working collaboratively with teammates, helping them succeed and anticipating their needs
• setting up, maintaining, and following through on workflows and project schedules
• understanding team capacity, individual strengths, and project priorities to appropriately assign and route tasks while balancing workloads across the team
• asking questions and hearing what's not being said

This is a job for someone who has graduated from college with a degree in business, communications, project management, and/or business management.

This is a job best done in person. We need you sitting side-by-side with our team to help them succeed. We will, however, allow flexibility to work from home occasionally once you settle in.

This is a job where everyone on our team will be rooting for you, encouraging you to grow personally and professionally.

Does this sound like the place for you? Send us a cover letter expressing why you are interested in working with us at Tyndale.
