BI Developer

We are looking for a BI Developer who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other engineering teams to transform data into valuable reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions. Your work will help drive operational excellence, business performance, and data-driven decision-making across a global organization.

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Development

• Design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that support business objectives.
• Create intuitive and meaningful visualizations that drive insight and action.

Data Modelling & Analytics

• Design and maintain analytical data models optimized for reporting and visualization.
• Transform and structure data to support reliable and efficient analytical use cases.
• Ensure analytical assets are accurate, scalable, and maintainable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather and refine business requirements for reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate business challenges into practical data and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Data Quality & Governance

• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Follow established governance, development standards, and quality controls.
• Support best practices related to reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.

Platform & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain BI platforms and reporting assets.
• Support self-service analytics initiatives and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

You have experience developing business intelligence and analytics solutions and are comfortable working with data modelling, reporting, visualization, and querying data. You understand that successful BI is not only about building reports, but about understanding the decisions people need to make and presenting information in a useful and trustworthy way.

You are analytical, curious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems, and take responsibility for delivering solutions that create real value for their users.
