BI Analyst

Hybrid UK | Permanent

Are you a BI professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?

We're looking for a BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting some of the largest workforce and talent solutions programmes across the UK and internationally.

This isn't a reporting role where you'll simply produce data and send it on. We're looking for people who can analyse trends, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders understand the "so what?" behind the numbers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for key customers

• Analysing workforce, spend and performance data to identify trends and insights

• Working closely with customer teams, PMOs and business stakeholders

• Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests and business priorities

• Using SQL and Databricks to access and manipulate data

• Helping improve reporting automation and data processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as a BI Analyst

• Strong Power BI skills with experience creating dashboards and visualisations

• Experience producing business insights and recommendations from data

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities

• Basic SQL knowledge and confidence working with data sources

• Experience within recruitment, staffing, MSP, RPO or workforce solutions desirable

• Exposure to Databricks and Excel capability desirable

• Experience using VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline or Coupa would be of benefit

Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a team that plays a critical role in supporting major customers through reporting, analytics and business intelligence. You'll work with experienced BI professionals and have the opportunity to influence how data is used to drive better decision-making across the business.

If you're passionate about data, insights and making an impact through analytics, we'd love to hear from you.
