Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule

What You’ll Do

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Providing direct clinical support within day programs to ensure strategies are practical and effective
• Partnering with program staff to support consistent implementation of behavior supports
• Reviewing data, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to improve outcomes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed
• Supporting staff during complex or escalated behavioral situations
• Promoting independence, inclusion, and quality of life in community-based settings
• Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

What to Expect In This Role

• This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in day programs
• You will be working directly with staff and individuals in a hands-on environment
• The role is focused on clinical support and collaboration, not supervision or staff management

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:

Option 1: BCBA Track

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB

Option 2: Licensing Track

• Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other qualifying California licensure (must be independent license)
• Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services

General Requirements (all candidates):

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
