Carelinks ABA is growing, and we’re looking for BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) who genuinely care about doing meaningful work with kids and families! Our approach is simple: be supportive, be reliable, communicate clearly, and put the child’s needs at the center of everything. If you’re the type of clinician who takes pride in doing things the right way and brings a calm, steady presence to your team, you’ll feel right at home here!
We provide child-led, individualized ABA services in homes and community settings, with flexibility built into the role so you can work in a way that fits your life while still giving families the consistency they deserve.
As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. We keep systems organized and communication clear so you can focus on what matters most — clinical care that feels human and supportive.
