ABA Alliance Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team!
Since 2016, we've provided individualized ABA therapy to children and families throughout Central Florida. We are looking for compassionate, motivated BCBAs who want clinical autonomy, strong team support, flexible scheduling, and meaningful work with children.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA services while working closely with RBTs and families.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments
- Developing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Creating meaningful, measurable clinical goals
- Supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs
- Reviewing data and making data-driven treatment decisions
- Monitoring client progress and modifying programs as needed
- Providing caregiver training and support
- Collaborating with families and other care professionals
- Participating in clinical team meetings and case consultation
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Following BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a BCBA who is:
- Certified: Active BCBA certification in good standing

- Data-driven: Uses clinical data to guide treatment decisions

- Professional: Committed to high-quality clinical care
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
