Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Business Correspondent (BC) operations for
assigned PSU Bank partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank officials
and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Monitor BC network performance and ensure achievement of
business and service delivery targets.
- Analyze operational and transaction data to identify trends,
gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement capacity-building and training programs
for BCs based on performance analysis and business requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic
MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank representatives to
resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with bank guidelines, regulatory
requirements, and CSC operational policies.
- Drive initiatives to improve BC productivity, customer
outreach, financial inclusion, and transaction growth.
- Support the rollout of new banking products, services, and
strategic initiatives across the BC network.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Business Correspondent (BC) ecosystem
and banking operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building
skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and data
analysis.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a
target-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in financial inclusion initiatives, digital banking,
or rural banking operations.
- Exposure to capacity-building and training programs for field
teams.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and PSU banking processes.
