Backend Engineer

About the Company

We are building the best talent intelligence platform in the world, and we’re doing it from Budapest.

People are the backbone of every company and yet the impact human capital has on whether businesses succeed or fail has never been fully understood; we’re changing that. Our platform is already used by some of the most demanding organisations globally to analyse the competitive landscape, hire more effectively, and use talent as a strategic lever. These include the most profitable hedge funds in history, bulge bracket investment banks, and private equity funds and asset managers with over $2trn in AuM.

We want to be at the pinnacle of everything we do, and that extends to being the best employer possible. As well as a supportive, energetic, intellectually curious and low-ego culture, we offer continual opportunities for professional and personal development and a lively social calendar (ranging from laser tag, half marathon relays, and crazy golf, through to board game nights, regular pub quizzes and a book club, as well as offsites and a summer retreat). We're building a great business and want to reward the team who make that possible.

We’re mostly based in our office overlooking Andrássy út and Kodaly Körönd where you can enjoy one of the finest rooftop terraces in the city, workout in our in-office gym (and relax in the sauna afterwards) and see if you can beat our resident csocsó champions.

Come and help us change an industry (and have a lot of fun along the way).
