Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Backend Development.

Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot.

Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.

Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or Redis.

Experience building microservices, event-driven, or scalable applications.

Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD, and AWS/GCP.

Good understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and security.

Experience with JUnit and integration testing.

Good problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting production issues.

Nice to Have

Experience with WhatsApp Business / Cloud API or BSPs.

Experience with MongoDB.

Experience in contact center, customer service, live chat, or omnichannel platforms.
