Develop and maintain the backend for an AI-native workspace using Python or Ruby on Rails, building scalable RESTful APIs, integrating external services, and supporting AI/LLM features.
We're a startup on a mission of re-imagining how work gets done. We're designing the AI-Native workspace for a new era of human-machine collaboration.
We've taken the first step to solve these issues with our initial product version, which includes features like over 20 step-by-step content templates, tools to enhance readability and improve writing, avatar generation, synthetic image generation, large language model chat in an enterprise-safe manner, and semantic search across company data.
We are backed by top LATAM early-stage investors such as Canary, and our platform is already utilized in daily routines by leading teams across 10+ countries, including Bayer, MercadoLibre, and Embraer.
Our team is intentionally small, which means everyone plays a critical role in shaping our direction. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership, face new challenges, and make your mark. And as Inner AI grows, so will you.
Our culture values speed - we deploy to production every day and iterate quickly. We are obsessed with our product , and we build technology that speaks for itself, even when compared to heavily-funded products. And we always strive to be the first to reach our users.
We strive to hire the most intelligent people and let them do their best work without distractions. We offer competitive salary, stock options, health insurance, GymPass, and other perks.
We are seeking a Back-End Engineer who will be responsible for developing a high-quality product with constant technical challenges. This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Brazil, with the team convening in São Paulo for a few days every few months.
