Project:
We are looking for a
Backend Engineer to join an AI-powered platform that enables virtual workers to collaborate alongside human teams, helping businesses automate, delegate, and scale operational workflows through intelligent AI agents integrated into real business processes. In this role, you will build and scale the backend systems that power the platform, designing and maintaining APIs, backend services, data models, integrations, and asynchronous processes to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Working closely with frontend, product, and AI engineering teams, you will deliver production-ready solutions and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing AI product. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand an existing product and codebase, integrate into the team with minimal ramp-up time, and make an immediate impact.
