• Coordinate operational activities to ensure business continuity during workload peaks, absences, and changing business priorities
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Contract & Invoice Operational Agents on complex cases and best practices
• Act as a backup across all Contract & Invoice activities to ensure continuity of service
• Take ownership of operational challenges by identifying risks, proposing practical solutions, and driving resolution plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Contract & Invoice teams, and other stakeholders to optimize end-to-end processes
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business projects, system implementations, and transformation initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process simplification opportunities and implementing sustainable operational improvements

What success looks like
You are recognized as a trusted operational expert
You confidently manage complex operational challenges and support others in finding solutions
You use operational data and performance insights to improve business results
You help the team maintain service levels while balancing operational priorities
You contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

What you'll bring
We are looking for experienced professionals who combine operational expertise with a passion for continuous improvement and business performance.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Several years of experience in contract administration, invoicing, customer operations, finance operations, or a related environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and performance trends
• Experience coordinating operational activities and balancing competing priorities
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• The ability to identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with confidence to take ownership and support colleagues
• An interest in healthcare, medical technology, or other regulated industries
