How you will shape Prophero:

Your mission will be to build, activate and scale a high-performing network of B2B2C partners (real estate agencies, brokers, personal shoppers, investment platforms and financial advisors) who bring PropHero's properties to their clients. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from the first pitch to consistent sales, making sure every partner doesn't just sign, but sells and drives real revenue.

Your day-to-day:

• Identify, pitch and negotiate with new partners, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreement.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up, aligning each partner with PropHero's methodology and commercial approach.
• Act as the main point of contact for active partners, making sure they have everything they need to sell effectively.
• Track channel KPIs (conversion, deal flow, partner retention) through regular check-ins, and share insights and recommendations with leadership.
• Coordinate with Supply to guarantee product readiness, securing all documentation before any unit or project goes to market through the channel.
• Work with Legal and Finance to keep partner contracts properly structured, and revenue forecasts and commission payouts aligned with each agreement.
• Partner with Product and Marketing so the channel's needs are reflected in the platform roadmap and in tailored value propositions for each partner type.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in real estate, fintech or wealthtech.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• General Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills; strategic thinking combined with a data-driven, analytical approach; able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals end to end. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Tools: CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline and performance analysis. Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
