About Us: Complete AI IT Services builds the "Backbone" of modern business. We don't just sell chatbots; we implement sophisticated, private RAG architectures and autonomous n8n workflows that handle high-stakes logic for procurement, funding, and complex operations. You can explore our full range of solutions at completeaiitservices.ai/services. We are currently in our launch phase and looking for a high-performance sales partner to scale our implementation reach.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a "Closer" who understands business efficiency. You will identify companies struggling with manual bottlenecks and present our "Backbone" AI solutions. Once you lock in the contract, our engineering team handles the full architectural build and implementation.

Uncapped Commission Structure: We offer an industry-leading, tiered commission model based on the complexity and value of the implementation: Starter (Core Infra): $5,000 – $10,000 Contract $\rightarrow$ 15% Commission ($750 – $1,500 payout) Growth (RAG + Logic): $15,000 – $35,000 Contract $\rightarrow$ 20% Commission ($3,000 – $7,000 payout) Enterprise (Agentic): $50,000+ Contract $\rightarrow$ 25% Commission ($12,500+ payout)

Additional Incentives: Recurring Revenue Kicker: 10% commission on any ongoing monthly maintenance or managed logic audit contracts for the first 12 months. Payment Terms: 50% of commission paid upon initial client deposit; 50% paid upon project completion/final milestone payment.

Why Partner With Us? High Margin / High Demand: Agentic AI is the fastest-growing sector in tech. No Cap on Earnings: Your income is limited only by your ability to close. QA-First Engineering: You can sell with confidence knowing our builds are stress-tested for 100% logic accuracy by an experienced IT QA Manager.

How to Apply (Application Questions) Please submit your resume along with brief answers to the following four questions. Please provide specific examples for each to demonstrate your experience: Business Logic & ROI: Describe a time you successfully explained a complex technical solution (IT, SaaS, or Automation) to a CEO or COO. How did you translate the technical features into a clear ROI or business value? Established Network: Which specific industries or types of businesses (SMBs or Enterprises) are currently in your network? Give an example of a business you’ve helped scale "headcount-efficiently." Full-Cycle Ownership: Walk us through your process for managing a deal from initial "cold" outreach through to a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). What is your typical strategy for handling objections during the discovery phase? Technical Literacy: In your own words, explain the difference between a standard "Chatbot" and an "Agentic Backbone" (using RAG and n8n).
