Compensation: ₹4L – ₹6L • No equity

🚀 **We’re Hiring: AI-Native B2B SaaS Product Growth Manager (Remote) Full Time **

SoluLab is looking for a Growth Manager who can directly drive revenue, not just traffic, impressions, or engagement.

You should be comfortable with: 💰 Building outbound pipelines and generating qualified opportunities 📈 Contributing directly to MRR and revenue growth 🎯 B2B SaaS lead generation and sales conversion 🤖 Using AI for prospecting, personalization and GTM automation 🧪 Running growth experiments across acquisition, activation and conversion ⚡ PLG, CRO, onboarding and funnel optimization 🔎 SEO / GEO / AEO 📊 Product analytics, dashboards and growth metrics 🔄 Automating repetitive GTM and customer-success workflows 🕵️ Competitive intelligence and market research

What we expect 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth, Product Growth, Growth Marketing, Outbound Sales, Revenue Generation, PLG, or a similar role. But experience alone isn't enough. We want builders who can show numbers.

For example: • Revenue generated • MRR/ARR growth influenced • Pipeline generated • Leads → opportunities → customers • Conversion improvements • Outbound campaigns executed • Experiments shipped • CAC/LTV improvements

📍 Ahmedabad preferred / Remote (Immediate Joiner) 💼 Full-time ⏳ 4+ years experience If you've helped build revenue from $0 → $500K MRR, we'd especially like to hear from you.
