As our new Azure Product Owner, you will help shape and grow SoftwareOne’s Azure services portfolio within the Cloud Platform Services Centre of Excellence. You will translate strategy, customer demand, and business priorities into a structured backlog and guide offerings from concept through release. While working closely with Product Managers, architects, engineers, delivery teams, and Microsoft, you will ensure services deliver measurable value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Azure services backlog, aligning development with customer and business needs
- Translate strategy and demand into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define offerings, service descriptions, pricing inputs, and supporting materials
- Coordinate with engineering teams to build, test, launch, and maintain Azure offerings
- Maintain a visible Azure roadmap and provide stakeholders with updates on progress and delivery
- Use feedback, usage data, delivery insights, incidents, and commercial outcomes to guide product decisions
