No C2C & No sponsership
We are looking for an experienced Sr DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, YAML, automated workflows, and developer tooling. The ideal candidate will have experience building and optimizing engineering workflows in large-scale environments and a strong understanding of how AI agents and agentic AI can automate software development and DevOps activities.
This role will focus on designing, implementing, and improving workflows that support the software development lifecycle—from documentation and coding through testing, building, deployment, and release—with an emphasis on automation and AI-driven engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience needed
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
- Go (Golang) is good to have
- Build and manage automated workflows across the software development lifecycle, including code development, testing, build, deployment, and release processes.
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps tooling, pipeline infrastructure, templates, and reusable automation components.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual engineering processes with automated and agent-driven workflows.
- Design workflows that leverage AI agents / Agentic AI to assist with activities such as:
- Technical documentation generation and maintenance.
- Code generation and code modification.
- Automated code review and analysis.
- Test creation and execution.
- Build validation and troubleshooting.
- Deployment preparation and release activities.
- Evaluate how many existing engineering workflows can be driven or augmented by AI agents and identify opportunities to increase automation.
