Audit Partner – Boutique Accounting Firm

We are seeking an Audit Partner to join a well-established boutiqu eaccounting firm in Singapore, offering a rare and genuinely turnkey path to partnership. Unlike most partner-track opportunities that require building a practice from the ground up, this role comes with the infrastructure, client relationships, and team already firmly in place — allowing the right candidate to step in and lead from day one, rather than spend years building toward it.

This is a partnership opportunity structured for a senior audit professional who is ready to lead, not start from scratch. The firm has deliberately built the foundation in advance, so the incoming partner can focus immediately on client stewardship, technical leadership, and growing the practice, rather than on the operational groundwork typically required to reach this stage.

What's on Offer:

• An established client portfolio: inherit a stable, well-established book of clients from day one, spanning a diversified mix of industries, rather than starting with a blank slate.
• A stable, in-place team: an experienced support team is already assembled, with no need to hire, train, or ramp up new staff.
• No buy-in required: step directly into partnership without the capital outlay typically expected of incoming partners at other firms.
• A clear, defined profit-sharing scheme: compensation is structured transparently from the outset, rather than negotiated case-by-case, giving you clarity on your earning potential from the start.
• A centrally located, premium office: work from awell-appointed, professionally presented office in a prime location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, including sign-off on audit opinions in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of clients, maintaining and deepening those relationships while identifying opportunities to expand scope of services.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight across the audit practice, ensuring engagements meet the firm's standards and comply with ACRA and ISCA requirements.
• Review the work of managers and staff, providing mentorship and technical guidance to support the team's continued development.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction as a partner, including practice development, risk management, and client acquisition.
• Stay current on evolving auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory changes, and ensure the practice adapts accordingly.

Qualifications:

• We are ideally looking for an existing Signing Partner who is looking for a stable, ready-made platform rather than another practice to build up.
• We will also consider high-performing Senior Managers who have accumulated 2,500 hours of Quality Assurance Experience (QAE) under the supervision of an audit principal, hold (or are close to holding) the relevant public accountant qualifications, and are keen to progress into an Audit Partner role within three to six months of joining.
• In either case, candidates should bring strong technical audit expertise, a track record of client relationship management, and the leadership presence to represent the firm at a senior level.
