Seeking a mid-level Civil Litigation Associate with 4--8 years of post-bar experience and an active bar in a major U.S. jurisdiction. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

The work is high-stakes commercial disputes, insolvency-adjacent litigation, and cross-border matters --- lean teams, early responsibility, and direct client contact. Compensation is set to compete with top-tier firms. The seat is fully remote.

Key Duties:
Handle complex commercial and civil litigation in state and federal court
Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and depositions
Work insolvency-related and high-stakes business disputes
Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
Advise clients directly on strategy and exposure

Requirements:
JD and active bar in a major U.S. jurisdiction
4--8 years of post-bar civil or commercial litigation experience
Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent --- law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
Deposition and complex motion-practice experience
