What will your day look like?
- Coordinate and manage multiple small cross-functional projects from initiation through launch.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, driving alignment and accountability.
- Apply established Project Management Fundamentals to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Perform project management processes and tasks to produce reliable, repeatable outcomes.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clearly communicate risks and exceptions (oral and written).
- Document, compile, and summarize information for review and decision-making.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and proactively highlight and mitigate risks.
- Escalate unexpected results or observations promptly for guidance and next steps.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and process records.
- Prioritize tasks and track progress through active cross-functional involvement.
- Establish and foster cross-functional relationships with professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Utilize available resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Deliver a high standard of service and performance across all assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
