Associate Product Manager - Growth

About Troopod

Troopod is India's fastest AI-native website growth partner. We help D2C and e-commerce brands grow website revenue through CRO, our AI-powered landing page agent, and technical performance optimisation. We ship in days, not months.

We work with 100+ leading brands across APAC and the USA including Essor, Obvi, Colgate, and Tanishq to optimize website experiences, drive conversions, and accelerate growth.

Backed by Global leaders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, AngelList, Razorpay, Pixis and others

About the Role

We're scaling our GTM motion across India and the US simultaneously and need someone to build the engine behind it; databases, automated outreach, reports, audits and proposals, so the founder can stay focused on strategy and closing.

This is a high-ownership, high-output role. You'll start as an intern and convert to full-time if you're great. Skills matter more than years of experience.

What You'll Do

• DB creation — build and maintain outreach databases for India (house of brands, CRO ICP, OT+AMC) and USA (agency DB, $20M+ DTC brand DB). Enrich contacts, verify ICP fit, keep everything updated
• Automate outreach using AI — build and run AI-powered outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn. Set up workflows, track reply rates, iterate on messaging
• Automate reports and tracking — build dashboards and automated reports for pipeline, outreach performance and revenue tracking. Everything lives in our CRM (Troopanel) — you own keeping it current
• Create audits for key prospects — manually build CRO audits, page speed reports with ₹/$ cost impact, and CVR benchmarks for high-value target accounts
• Create proposals — draft scoped proposals for CRO, tech retainer and Troolaunch deals based on inputs from the founder
• Give demos (over time) — once you know the product well enough, own demos for inbound and warm prospects

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• Hands-on with AI tools — not just ChatGPT, actual automation workflows
• Experience with outreach tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist or similar)
• Strong research skills — can build a 200-row, enriched DB from scratch independently
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
• Strong written English — proposals and audits need to look sharp
• Self-starter — can take a brief and deliver without hand-holding

Good to have:

• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Background at a D2C brand, agency or startup
• Understands the e-commerce / Shopify ecosystem
• Has built or run outreach campaigns before (even personal projects)
• Comfortable on video calls — can represent Troopod professionally

Non-negotiable: You must be able to set up an AI-powered outreach workflow independently within the first week. If you need someone to teach you tools from scratch, this isn't the right fit right now.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on skills)
• Incentives: Yes — deal-linked performance incentives
• Structure: Start as intern, convert to full-time if great
• Location: Fully remote
• Start: ASAP
